On every 5,000 character download using my cloned voice it systematically reverts back to a female American voice for a few sentences? It's been driving me insane since I used all my monthly credits in less than 2 weeks trying to regenerate to kept to my Australian cloned voice? Do you have any suggestions?

If you ask for the voice of a famous person or well know character. ElevenLabs will refuse to create the voice you asked for. So no unfortunately you couldn't directly ask for that. But you could describe his voice in your voice prompt and see how close you can get!
