Unleavened bread is only three ingredients flour water and salt for taste if you want a rise add baking soda

Looks good but I don’t have the condensed milk I never buy it because it’s unhealthy. I have a recipe to make the healthy version but I don’t know if I want to go to that much trouble. Can’t understand why you kept fingering the bread for so long after it was cooked. It does look good.
