மிக்க நன்றி அம்மா.எந்த ஒரு recepi க்கும் எத்தனை reference பார்த்தாலும், பல வருடங்கள் சமையலறை ராணியாக விளங்கும் நம் அம்மாவின் signature dish ஐ அவர்கள் சொல்லக் கேட்டு நாம் தைரியமாக கலமிறங்கி செய்வது போன்ற உணர்வினை தருகிறது உங்கள் பதிவுகள்.

Hello madam.... I tried both uppu seedai and vella seedai for Krishna Jayanthi (11.8.2020)... Uppu seedai came out amazingly amazing, superb taste. Vella seedai tasted good, but a bit harder it was.. Uppu seedai, no words... Thank you whole heartedly. 😊

First of all sorry for the delayed feedback. I followed your recipe step by step for making flour to prepare uppu cheedai and vella cheedai. It was excellent. No cracking at all. I gave my daughter a portion of the flour for her to try. She has also made the cheedai without bursting of cheedai. In fact i liked the vella cheedai prepared by my daughter very much. Both of us are very happy about the preparation which is possible only with your detailed narration taking care of the mistakes that we may make. As you speak to us very cordially through your videos I want to speak to you through my message conveying my gratitude and happiness. Such a humble person you are. I admire you very much. I listen to you very sincerely. I had been a working woman so long. My mother used to do all the basic works for every festival. I will only coordinate and support her. My mom plays an integral part of my life. Now as I am retired I want to make all the delicacies for my children and grand children. Your videos are of immense help to me. I enjoy making the dishes based on your guidance. Thank you so much madam. I pray God for your welfare. Please let me hug you. Loads of love dearest Revathi mam.

Last year I tried seedai from different recipe and being beginner it bursted and got oil everywhere. After lot of hesitation tried urs and to my suprise not even single one bursted Thanks a lot for your recipes mam

Made this yesterday..kara seedai turned out very well ...first time I tried thank u..sweet one dissolved in oil it was bit dry while I was rolling I think that might be the reason

For kesari I add 1:3cups of water.Ghee 1/4cup with 1 or 2 tbsp of oil.But when kesari or uppma etc.made of sooji becomes like cake when cold.
