It will not burst if one follows these two tips.1) as one makes the tiny balls of the wet dough, spread on a clean cloth to help remove excess moisture 2) keep oil in a flatter smaller kadai to a depth of only say about 3to 4 cm that is less than two inches, and dump the wet balls to a heap so that part of the heap is above the oil. This is very important, so that whatever moisture vapour escapes, escapes in the air directly. And it is not smothered by the hot oil, which helps the pressure release by explosion.. Bhatt's admirer

Fantastic recipe. I have heard that for not bursting, we should not press too much and make balls. Roughly make balls then there will be airspace inside each seedai no bursting. Some people add coconut grated, sesame seeds which creates some gap inside each seedai so no bursting. My personal experiece no bursting. Only 2nd time i did once it bursts. Lack of air space is the only reason for bursting

ரொம்ப நாளாக எதிர்பார்த்த பலகாரம். வீட்டில் உள்ளவர்கள் இதை செய்தே தீரவேண்டும் என்று முன்பு செய்து சீடை வெடித்து வீரகாயம் அடைந்துள்ளனர். ஹெல்மெட் போட்டு செய்ய சொன்னேன் ஆனாலும் பயப்படுகிறார்கள். ரொம்ப நன்றி சார்.

உங்கள் ரசிகை நான். எல்லாரும் செய்துகாட்டும் விதத்திலிருந்து மாறுபட்டு செய்து அசத்துபவர் நீங்கள். நாம் உருட்டிய சீடைகள் ஈரம்போக சிறிது நேரம் மட்டும் உலர விட்டு பிறகு பொரித்தால் வெடிப்பதை தவிர்க்கலாம்.

As soon as you drop seedais in the oil just close it with lid to test whether it bursts in that way you can be safe

Sir normally we make wt urad flour in place of pottu kadalai. Only for thattai we mix Pottukadalai. So this I l try. Hope it would would come out without pattasu. Thank u.

தேங்காய் துருவலாகவும் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ளலாம். பல்லு பல்லாக சீரழியும் உபயோகிக்கலாம். சீடை வெடிக்காமல் இருக்க விரல் நுனியில் லேசாக மொத்த மாவையும் உருட்டி நட்டுக்கிட்டு போட்டு ஆற விட்டு பொரித்து எடுக்கலாம். 40 வருடங்களாய் செய்து வருகிறேன். இதுவரை வெடித்ததில்லை. கண்ணனை மனதில் நிறுத்தி செய்ய வேண்டியதுதான்!🤗

Enga palaya veetu kitchen ceiling la piece piece sa seeda otti irukum.. vedicha.. sattikku mela oru adikku oil mothama mela vanthu ukkarum.. 10 thattu potta.. 40% antha kadaisi thattu vedikkum. vedichiruchina meethimaava thookipotruvanga.. Bayangarama thavarama vedikira innoru aalu namma 'Paal paniyaram'... but paal paniyara maavu kara suviyama uruveduthirum.. Athukagavellam niruthirathu illa.. adutha season ku amma arisiya kaaya poda kelambidrathu.. veetu owner pala varusam kalichu paint adikka vanthappa.. painter: "ennakka.. unga veetu kitchen sevaru ipdi irukku? ennathu?" ammaku vekkama pochu..
