Thanks, and you're welcome! Mochi really is pretty easy if you do it in the microwave. The worst part is just how sticky it is... You have to be ok with not being able to scrape out every last bit. It's so worth it though! :D

they already sell dulce the leche cans, at some stores, I know a lot of hispanic markets or warehouses sell them. I mainly buy in plastic bottles because it's easy to use and put away.

Yeah, where I used to live (Texas) you could find dulce de leche everywhere. You can't find it as easily where I live now though :(
