Thank you so much and yes, the food coloring is a oil base. You can only use an oil based food coloring for chocolate. I use Wilton brushes.

Some states don’t require you to have a cottage food license but I recommend you check it out and if you plan on selling anything from your home, you need to register as a small business With your state. If you go to your state website, you can find out how to register your business come up with a business name, but make sure you search the name to make sure it is available to you, but if you serious about selling baked goods or treats from your home you want to be a registered Business

Sure I normally do if you can go back and see if my other videos I’m very detailed about my videos. And a 16 ounce measuring cup I add and fill up the cup with the chocolate melts, I add 2 tablespoons of Paramount crystals to the cup. I then add the cup with everything in it in the microwave for 30 seconds after the first 30 second interval I take it out and mix it then I put it back in the microwave for 15 more seconds when that’s done I’ll take it out and mix it until the chocolate is completely melted, and smooth.
