Vanpayar Mathanga Erissery | മത്തങ്ങ വൻപയർ എരിശ്ശേരി

Red gram 1/4 c
Salt 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
Water 3/4c
Pumpkin 200g (1 1/2 c)
Green chili 2

To grind:
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Green chili 1
Shallots 4
Garlic 2
Coconut 3/4 c
For tempering:
Ghee 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Shallots 3 sliced
Dry chilli 2
Curry leaves few
Grated coconut 2 tbsp
Fenugreek powder 1 pinch
