Kashmiri Rajma Masala | കാശ്മീരി രാജ്മ മസാല
Rajma masala is a popular North Indian dish made with red kidney beans cooked in a spiced tomato-based gravy. It's typically seasoned with a variety of Indian spices and often served with rice or Indian bread like roti or naan. It's a delicious and hearty vegetarian dish.

Rajma 1 c( soak overnight)
Bayleaf 2
Black cardamom 2
green cardamom 2
Cloves 2
Peppercorns 2-3
Fenugreek 1/8 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil 3 tbsp
Shajeera 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 3/4 tsp
Onion 1 big
Bayleaf 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chili powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/8 tsp
Tomato 1
Curd 2 tbsp
Salt as required
