Ingredients
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1 medium sized
For grinding:
Ginger 1/2''piece
green chilli 2
Garlic 8
Shallots 8
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato 1 Medium sized
Curry leaves few
Potato 2 cubed (1 1/2 c )
Carrot 1 medium
Green peas 1/2 c
Coconut milk 1 c ( second extraction)
Salt As required
Coconut milk 3/4 C ( thick milk/ first extraction)
For tempering:
Ghee 1-2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Shallots 3 sliced thin
Curry leaves few
Dry chilli 2
