Turmeric 1/8 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Water 2 c
Bayleaf 1
Butter 1 tsp
For masala
Oil 2 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 “ piece
Cardamom 2
Cloves 1
Black cardamom 1
Onion 3 medium
Ginger 1/2” piece
Garlic 7 cloves
Cashewnuts 11/2 tsp
Tomato 2 medium
Butter 1 1/2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 11/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Water 3/4 c
Cream 1 1/2 tbsp
Methi leaves 1 tsp
Coriander-leaves few
