whenever you are editing make sure your project's composition is set to 15 or 30 fps and after completing your edit you can change your fps back to the normal fps at which you want to export the video

I understand this issue.....actually iss method se ham pehle entire clip ko slow down karte hai then usme keyframes ki help se speed up karte hai.....thats why issue aa sakta hai....ye method mera apna hai.... ise karne ke liye ek typical method bhi hai jo har koi use karta hai.... For the audio graph make sure to convert your audio into keyframes first > delete right & left channel > select both channel and click on slider to open the graph For speed keframes make sure to click or select the keyframes to edit the graph...
