Wow so interesting! Love the video and thanks for explaining! 😊 One question out of curiosity: in the video you say they just let the coconut milk sit for 24-48h (at room temperature?) for natural fermentation. On the slide later showing the different methods it gives me the impression that you have to add bacteria cultures and keep it at a certain temperature for the fermentation to work. So what’s right? 🙂

Nothing has to be added. It’s really natures method! The climate here is tropical so it remains pretty warm. Other methods do require bleaches, chemicals, etc but true VCO is pure nature.🤙🥥🌴

Hi. Can you give me your thoughts on RBD coconut oil ? I have been buying it because ("they say") that it is better for frying because of a higher burn temp. I know it is further processed. It is also much more expensive. Am I unnecessarily using this for home cooking ? Best of luck in your endeavors :)

Everything has its place and so does RBD. It’s great for frying and we also use it for frying. Since it’s more processed, it removes the coconut flavor and scent. I love cooking and love eating more. Even though I like coconuts, I don’t think it would be good in everything😉 Coconut oil can also be used in crude oil for industry use. Keep using what you have an use VCO in supplements, coffee for more silky texture, etc🤙🙏
