How to make wafer paper ruffles | MODERN CAKE DESIGN TUTORIAL

In this video, I’m teaching another method of making wafer paper ruffles, how to shape them, and how to attach wafer paper to a cake. For this method, I would suggest using fondant, because you can see a part of the cake.
You will need:

Cloth steamer (or a pot of boiling water) amzn.to/3BRok0O
Water to attach ruffles
Toothpicks
