Where you changing the water everyday? It won’t taste bad tho but it won’t smell nice. If you can eat it like that, go on with the processing

Take the quantity you need in a plate, dilute with small water making sure it’s not too thick and not too light. Pour boiling water into it while stirring until it becomes thick

Very good for nursing mothers who are on exclusive breastfeeding. It give you good flow of breast milk . If you are a milk lover add plenty of it and sugar and enjoy yourself and feed your baby without stress
