Nice Job! You can use the fixture that you used to cut the circle on your band saw to sand off bumps on the hub, clamp it to your work bench, then move the sander close to the edge and rotate your hub by hand, it will make a perfect circle. Another way is to use a door hole saw in your drill press to cut out the hub blank circles.

I used plastic trash can for blades,and a bottle sliced down like a banana, mouth piece connected,bend blades back and use lighter to turn blades on 45degrees .

You need a planer and you could have stayed with your original bandsaw method. And shit man , use a hole saw for the nose pieces
