INGREDIENTS
▫️ 350 g of 0000 flour
▫️ 110 g cold butter
▫️ 60 g of sugar
▫️ 1/2 tsp baking soda
▫️ 2 tsp baking powder
▫️ 1 pinch of salt
▫️ 1 large egg
▫️ 290 ml of cream
▫️ Vanilla c/n
▫️ 100 g of blueberries
▫️ 100 g white chocolate
▫️ glaze: 200 g of powdered sugar + cranberry juice
