You have made many videos, but your KZbin channel is not getting as many views and subscribers as expected. Because you have no complete SEO for any videos, no channel tags, and no video tags, if you SEO your videos, your subscribers and views will increase, and your channel will grow. Your video quality is very good, but the channel is not increasing due to not doing video SEO. By doing video SEO, the channel grows faster. I can help you if you want.
