How to make wig for Monster High and other dolls

Today you are going to learn how to make a wig for a doll. We need: Syntetic doll weft. Scissors. Needle and thread. Adhesive. Rubber band. Comb. Doll (we will make a wig for MonsterHigh). Plastic bag. Hair straightener. Glue gun.
Just a reminder that the techniques can be applied to any kind of doll (BJD, Blythe, Pullip, Monster High, Ruby Red, Paola Reina, Gotz) not just a Monster High.

This is a new method I've never seen before. It's usually either re-root, glue the hair straight to the scalp, or make a wig cap with Mod Podge. Thanks for the new trick to try!!! I needed an excuse to buy a new hot glue gun, anyway lol! 😃

The tutorial is excellent, only when pasting the last part of the hair in the swirl it always sticks out above the rest and looks too much, I don't know what I'm doing wrong

did you use a tape for the base of the doll wig and if so wouldn't that leave a sticky residue underneath?

обычный клей может не приклеить к шапочке из скотча. можно попробовать сделать текстильную шапочку, тогда можно использовать пва клей. также есть другие техники, без изготовления парика, когда голова куклы прошивается прядями волос или приклеиваются прямо на поверхность головы куклы. спасибо за Ваш вопрос
