I was watching both of your videos, in one you use the BTS7960B and the other video you used the BTN7971, i tired the BTS7960B and connected it like you did in the video but it didn't work, I'm getting signal left to right but it only has enough power to light up an LED not enough power for the motor, is it ready to use when you get it or does it need to be programmed to do what i need? I'm building something like what you have and this is the only thing stopping me, If you can help that would be great. Thank you...

BTN7971 work same as video. No need any programmed. This BTS7960B not working because it is PWM-control.

Hi, very nice work., were did you purchased the motor drive? Thank's
@RCHobbyFinland6 жыл бұрын
Hi Robert! I bought that motor drive in ebay when I made that servo project. I cant find now same motor driver from ebay. I thought that this BTN7971 is older and some model is new board now.. ? maybe...

Hey man! thanks for the video, this setup should also work with a brushless ESC right?

Your wirings of the servo motor (white and orange - video 2:01) are different in your wiring schematics (green and orange - video 4:36 ). Please update.

Which is better? This or ASMC?

HI, awesome video. Finally found a video with the tutorial ...Did you disconnect the hightec dc motor? Thanks

Hi! Can you refine the question? I did not fully understand :D
@KAVIPATELTOPTEN6 жыл бұрын
yellow and white wires are soldered to PCB of servo . Did you desolder wire from servo's dc motor(5V motor in servo casing)? Is that small motor (in servo casing)(5V motor) is getting any signals/ power from PCB? Thanks
@RCHobbyFinland6 жыл бұрын
Hi, These two wires are soldered on servo board. I thought that it is same if wires soldered DC motor. Wires need that this BTN motor driver board know turns in the right direction

Hi, I'm building a RC go-kart, and i would like to do the windshield wiper motor for steering, great idea, but I'm having a problem, i tried the L298N, didn't work and the 43A BTS7960B DC Motor Driver Drive Module H-Bridge PWM Control Fast Braking, and nothing is happening, I did it just like all the videos iv'e seen, i don't know what I'm doing wrong, what does the voltage need to be on in 1 & 2, can i use any servo, my receiver works on 5v or 9.3v , tried both no difference, do these things need to be programmed before use or are they plug and play, cause I'm not playing, LOL, please help if you can, I'm using a spectrum DX5C... THANK YOU, Danny........

@@RCHobbyFinland I tried 2 different H-bridge's, and the same, do you know if i need to program it first? I followed the video and I'm using the same board, do i need to use a special servo, i don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Does the kg matter for the servo? i ordered the same H-bridge as you, i hope it works.thank you for getting back to me..
@RCHobbyFinland5 жыл бұрын
That servo is 33kg SpringRC servo motor, it is model SM-8166. Do you watching my 180kg servo motor video? You can maybe use it?
@EZMarktapemate5 жыл бұрын
@@RCHobbyFinland I see your using the servo's and not the windshield motor for steering, did the servo's work better, and are the servo's as strong as the motor? and I'm guessing you don't need the H-bridge with the servo's?
@RCHobbyFinland5 жыл бұрын
@@EZMarktapemate Hi Danny, I havent tested yet in my RC. I think that ASMC-04 180kg servo motor already board. No need h-bridge. my first test that ASMC-04 is little bit slower servo than wiper motor..

@@RCHobbyFinland those are the 2 servos your using for the steering together? a little slow is ok are they strong like the wiper motor?

@@RCHobbyFinland I'm sorry that I'm asking so many questions, when you solder the wires to the servo motor do you do anything with the potentiometer, or do you leave it alone?
