Yeah, you can use the paint bucket tool for that, but it leaves a weird line around the strokes. That's why I only used the brush tool to paint in the color.

Use the position keyframe to animate the movement of the car. For the car window's downward animation, separate the window in Photoshop and set its blending mode to 'Multiply.' Then, use additional position keyframes to animate the window moving down.
