I have been thinking about investing making yoghurt for a long time, after watching your vlog, you’ve made up my mind. What clenched it for me was making frozen yoghurt, especially the peach flavour! Grew up eating peach ice cream from our local dairy farm. Used to get it from our milkman, along with milk. It was seasonal, so definitely looked forward to it every summer.

What a wonderful idea. Thanks so much for sharing. We also like to make a cereal "pizza" crust to go into the freezer in put ice cream on top of that and its like a dessert pizza. Its just granola and some organic rice puff cereal that has a bit of melted coconut oil and then it freezes up super well. Its fun. plus you could add coco powder... This is going to take our family tradition over the top. Thanks so much for your time.

I make homemade Greek in a euro yogurt maker that has little glass jars. It’s just two of us now and I eat it every day (with homemade granola) I was afraid to use an insta pot exactly for that reason of the gasket smell!!! I thought my yogurt is going to taste like rice and beans!! Lol! I will definitely try your way, thanks so much!!

I love those euro makers with the glass jars, they just don’t make enough for our size of family. Yes, getting rid of the gasket during the yogurt making is a game changer. 😊

Do you just press the yoghurt button and then set the time to 10 hours and does it start by itself? Sorry I just couldn't quite catch that last little stage. You can use whole milk or 2%. The starter cubes are just plain yogurt frozen in 1/4 cup cubes 😊 glad you enjoyed the video!

There are lots of useful ways to use whey ☺️, like whey lemonade, smoothies, fruit juices for nutritional value, soak your feed for your chickens or pigs with it for more nutritional value, and stretch their food. Just a few things off the top of my head. Anyone else have suggestions, please share ❤️

The longer you leave the yogurt in the instant pot…the tangier it gets….we only leave it in about 5-6 hours as some of my family members don’t like it really tangy
