A tip I read in an old cookbook for blind baking: put another pie plate directly over top of the pie crust and bake. I haven’t tried it yet, but it’s so much easier than using beans!

Bake at 375 for 20min with pie weights. Then remove the weights and bake for an additional 10-15min. My oven runs hot so I do 350.

Love From Scratch Freezer Meals so we can skip the preservatives & junk they put in processed foods. I've made freezer burritos for quite a while and once they're rolled up I just placed them all on a cookie sheet freeze them, then add them all in a freezer bag. Saves on foil & extra cost.
