@@doggers2659 it’s probably the same as either riding a motorcycle without a license (the restricter is part of what keeps it under m class) or riding an unregistered vehicle (changing the classification changes what the registration would need to reflect)

You can also remove the emissions its pretty easy. Also the spacer in the cvt and also there's a restriction in the exhaust right on the block/muffler. Upgrade your carb your spark plug your coil. Your cdi, maybe your exhaust its gonna be loud but fun. Easy 55 plus.

Quick change in the carburetor on some along with cutting that wire helps it also. There are also videos about what to do with carburetor.

I would not cut ANY wires. How will the CDI know when to fire the plug if the only wire that’s responsible for telling it when to fire is cut??

Ive seen on sum videos that if u have the cdi with the 2-pin to the right and 4-pin to the left u should pull the one bottom left on the 4-pin

I have a Bentilli Vibe with a big bore 100 cc and it still goes 30 mph. The shop I took it to put a new carburetor, cdi box, air filter and oil change. I took it in for a valve adjustment since it was stalling. Now she's not the same.

I have a 2019 icebear mini max 49cc, do you think this will work for me? Also what else can I do to gain a few more mph it currently goes 35 down a hill and 25-30 up a hill. Would feel safer if I could at least keep up with traffic on the high end. Take off speed idc

@@bazzaevans1421 Take apart your variator, loosen the main nut on the engine shaft, remove the plastic bushing (speed limiter), then remove the second conical plate. Inside that plate, you'll find variator rollers. Find a roller kit online and replace them with lighter rollers. These change the "gear" ratio of the variator, so by doing this you start in a higher gear ratio.

Most changes in the speeder in the CDI the variator, and unrestricting the air flow and the muffler what you need to do is you need to look on KZbin for your type of scooter or your engine type whether it's a gy6, or two-stroke a four-stroke find your engine and then find out how to make adjustments this one's not a normal scooter not the GY6 but it's very close and the principles are the same.

right now I just have the stock jet in there. basically the only thing that's been modified is adding a new variator cover, and some 4 gram rollers and the restrictor from the CDI off. I'll update the jet when I replace the air filter and the muffler and then take out the restrictor on the muffler.

@@radovan9756 for the restrictor in the muffler. If it's stock I'm not sure if yours has one mine I don't think has one either but I'm not sure myself I haven't taken it off yet. It's usually right in the first part of the muffler. It's a little welded on o-ring. So I'm not sure if yours has one or not I'm not sure if mine does either but most of them out there have a restrictor in the muffler. The carburetor is a problem, because the intake hole is so small.There's a guy on the web who designed his own intake valve that you place under the tube thing that goes into the carburetor the metal one. As for the air filter you can take the stock air filter off and replace it with a cone one but then you will have to update your jets in there. I would get a jet set with multiple sizes because that's the only way you'll be able to fine-tun e the carburetor.

That shit is to save ur motor from blowing up.Change ur variator for speed and quicker take off.Do not disconnect that wire unless u want to overev ur motor for 4mph more and blow up.if u want speed get a bigger machine

It’s not a rev limiter, it’s the ignition trigger. It tells the CDI when the piston is at top dead center and fires the coil. ANY 50cc bike is 25-35MPH. On a good straightaway, I can get up to 42, however, I understand that’s it a 50cc. The combustion chamber is the size of my thumb😂😂. Put an 80cc big bore kit if you want more speed.

Cars today are built lighter and as a result go faster or rather, easier to obtain speed. 35-42mph is just about all you’re going to get out of a 50cc and that’s depending on the road conditions and rider. I try my best to only go on roads with a speed limit of 40 or less and stay to the right as much as possible.
