wow Dan, I love it. I have seen many eliminate 2 rollers on a 8 roller cvt. makes for a budget upgrade. never seen it pushed even farther. crazy that it works so well with just half the rollers.

Honestly, man, it's been so long since I've had to do mods Like this, it almost flew over my head until you reminded me. I owned a scooter shop back in 2013 and that's when I was doing a lot of mods like this, it Drastically changes the RPM range on the smaller scooters. It is like the number one thing you should do as soon as you get one. But also if you're going to do this mod, you want to be running synthetic oils. Only the engines gonna be really taxing itself to maintain this rpm For sustained Endurance riding. It's also very beneficial to install an oil cooler if you're going to be running it like this constant.

.If you keep up with the maintenance, they can be very reliable. If you let the maintenance go, then they start falling apart really quick.

Yes you will need to change your oil more often because you're going to be pushing your engine harder

@slimdizzs The Harness is easy to find. it will be dependent on your engine number which is located on the bottom side of the engine down by the kickstand it will normally say something like 1P139QMB or a variation of something like that that is how you order parts for your scooter and that's how you know that it is going to work for your scooter.

@@ricardo99319 most engines have a speed limiter that's what keeps them from going until they blow up otherwise they would just keep winding out until the engine explodes

Scooters are a little different the CVT is normally what keeps them from Winding out all the way and that comes down to the size of the variator the belt can only travel so high therefore allowing the engine to only go so fast

I mean anytime you alter or modify an engine in any kind of way it's going to have different effects. Forcing the engine to rev higher means more frequent oil changes with better oil and it also means having to do valve adjustments more frequently

I mean you need a GY6 manual if you're purchasing a Chinese scooter

If you buy a Chinese scooter with a GY6 then you need a GY6 repair manual if you buy a 2-stroke Chinese scooter then you need a completely different manual it comes down to whatever you purchase. Just randomly purchasing some Chinese manual I don't think it's going to help your situation

@@travisschaefer5678 Two Strokes already run extremely high power bands I would not tamper with it too much it's an easy way to blow your engine

You will benefit from lighter rollers only if you install a performance pipe which will move the powerband to the higher rpms

Don't mean to be argumentative but that's not accurate at all the weight of the rollers is what changes the RPM value for the scooter the exhaust pipe just allows more free flowing exhaust. Two different things going on here

@@OtisHarvey-d5n yes just make sure they are evenly spaced out and of course make sure they weigh a reasonable amount because you don't want your scooter to run too high of an RPM range

@@IFixShet I jus built it to 100cc,s an belt an rollers came with kit, belt was short I purty much lost everything but top speed, got correct belt now got my take off almost as was, did lift front tire on take off ow jus decent take off, still got my 65 mph jus longer to get there

Just tried getting the plastics off on 2023 jiajue to get to the spark plug and see what vibrates in the breast plate i guess it's called maybe loose speaker or a dropped 🔩 there was 2 i found elsewhere
