In Warp you feel like in the code editor with all the tools and edit options, and it's great. But sometimes you want to only have your prompt, and that's it. Moreover, I am sure the Linux guys will be concerned about the Telemetry. But if you are not an advanced user, Warp has everything out of the box.

Nice preso, decent pace, lighting, audio (+voice). Not keen on the jump-cuts, but I'm guessing this is due to making mistakes and re-recording sections, then editing them together? FYI I wouldn't say starship is a replacement for oh-my-zsh, but rather for alt themes such as powerlevel10k. And just set `ZSH_THEME=""` to disable the oh-my-zsh theme. I still like the oh-my-zsh plugins that let me save a few keystrokes, such as typing `..` to go to the parent dir (rather than `cd ..`), `...` to go to the parent-parent dir, etc. I'd looked at starship a while back; it really helped that you took the extra steps to show a nice custom prompt! I've switched over 🙂

Looking nice but it is a no go! First: Closed Source Terminal is not an option, not even for personal use. The amount of secrets in form of passwords or keys you send over here is far too high and the information too sensitive. Second: Why should I need to log in an account for a terminal session - this is not the kind of app i want to share even a bit of over the "open" web. Third: AI will be limited to 20 requests per day oder you have to pay. Sorry - copilot ate that monthly budget already.

It doesn't make any difference, Neovim works the same on any terminal (better to use one that support 24bits colors though for colorschemes, but the three you mentioned do). Now, if you want ligature support and/or image support, you can remove Alacritty from your list. If you want full multi-platform support, you can remove Kitty, which leaves only WezTerm. Otherwise, the three of them are very good. But you you can also try Warp as in the video if you're on Mac, or other alternative like Rio, Contour, etc...
