@@meglove6214 I'm 34 and no I used a Clinique powder and kkw powder under my eyes. I also baked my nose because that is where my foundation breaks up. But I did this before and it turned out crappy but when I followed the techniques Jaclyn did my skin looked bomb. I realized I was using a full coverage foundation that I didn't need so I used concealer as my foundation and I used it all over my skin. I didn't use a thick one either. The older you get the less you use. But I used a very thin layer of powder and keep pressing and pouncing it into my skin. Then I didn't use a shit ton of setting spray. I notice when I do that it makes my skin look bad. So I only used enough to melt the powder. I actually used the maybellline fit me powder to clean up my contour and I don't use a blinding highlighter because it makes my skin texture look worse. Idk if that helped you. Oh the concealers I used were L'Oreal infallible pro glow and LA girl concealer.

1) Clean/exfoliate face 2) Primer (something slightly tacky/sticky) she applies w/ her fingers 3) Second primer on t-zone (Jaclyn does this because she sees pores, so this isn't necessarily for your t-zone) 4) Press foundation onto face using a damp sponge (thin layer initially, then a second application if preferred) *sheer/dewy products will always move 5) Oil-free concealer on t-zone using damp beauty sponge (be attentive at nostril creases) 6) Set undereye area w/ powder lighter than your skin tone (but not w/ translucent powder) 7) Set face w/translucent powder by pressing w/ beauty sponge 8) Touch up w/ colored powder using brush 9) Setting spray, maybe too much ;) Jaclyn uses a little fan to dry the setting present - don't move your face muscles! 10) Looking cakey? Use a damp sponge (no product) & gently touch everything up 11) Apply bronzer w/ fluffy brush 12) Bake at & under cheek contour as well as outside nose contour, especially along nostril creases, using translucent powder 13) Do yo brows & eyes 14) Brush away baking powder 15) Apply blush w/ fluffy brush 16) Use same, non-translucent powder on chin & areas on both sides of the nose 17) Apply highlight 18) Set w/ setting spray 17) Highlight again then press it into skin w/ sponge 18) Do yo lips *For touch ups* 1) Spray setting spray on damp sponge and tap all over face 2) Apply powder, highlighter etc if needed

PRODUCTS USED + Jac tips: Primer: Sisley Tzone primer: Sisley (pore minimizing) *also mentions dr Brandt pore minimizing primer as a great alternative* Foundation: too faced born this way (medium-full coverage + oil free) Foundation “brush”: *damp* morphe beauty sponge *press into skin really well to fill in pores & apply another layer if you feel necessary* Concealer: tarte shape tape (do not use anything TOO creamy with too much oil or sheer bc it moves around and will not last all day, you can use a small amount of any thicker concealer if you’re going for a more natural look) *make sure you blend really well around your nose with sponge* Undereye powder: Kat von d shade + light palette *just a small amount to prevent creasing* (she used lightest shade) Powder to set face: Hourglass veil translucent setting powder *good for dry skin* (do not be afraid to use powder if you have dry skin, you just need to find the powder that works best for you, Jaclyn also has dry/normal skin) *cover fx perfect setting powder is an awesome powder recommended by Jaclyn for OILY skin* Powder for a flawless face: small amount of charlotte tilbury with a brush Setting spray: morphe setting spray (make sure it’s oil free for a mid makeup set) + pat over with beauty sponge *this step prevents caking & you can add more powder/spray as necessary* Bronzer: morphe icon *big fluffy brush* Baking powder: cover fx perfect setting powder (don’t bake too low under contour or it defeats the purpose, bake around nose to define, press a lot of powder around corners of nose to prevent caking) *2-20 mins when baking, the longer you bake the longer your makeup will last - also the longer bake is better for oily skin - dry skin can bake for a long time too, just make sure you set really well with setting spray + beauty sponge* JACLYNS *TOUCH UP* TIP - spray beauty sponge with a setting spray (like tatcha dewy setting spray) and pat into skin to refresh - can apply bronzer, blush, powder, highlight after this step as necessary Blush: Mac cosmetic peaches (put a good amount *when you think you’re done, do an extra layer* bc blush fades first) powder finishing touch: kat von d (lightest shade) *sweep under eye and along tops of blush to brighten and blend and to brighten in other areas) Contour clean up: Charlotte tilburry Highlight: Lancôme absolute powder with beauty sponge Setting spray: morphe (keep face still to prevent creasing) *highlight pop* apply same highlighter right after spraying a setting spray to intensify

Juvias place warrior pallette, and lime crime I believe has a neon singles collection the neon orange is a little brighter but I’m sure if you mix it with any burnt orange color it would be a lewk

I've really enjoyed the Peanut Gallery in the background the last few videos; makes it feel more like friends just hanging out. Videos like these are why I started watching tutorials in the first place. It was so informative and I'm gonna try a few of the tips because I think it would help the overall look (and longevity, obviously) of my makeup. I used to be a powder fiend, but I got out of using it so much the last couple years. I thought it was drying me out, but since I've started a better skincare routine, maybe it won't be as bad now.

She has said multiple times in other videos that it is trial and error for your skin. Hers is complex but it works for her and might not work for others. As well a lot of her products are out of some peoples price ranges and she has gotten a lot of flack for having "too expensive skin care"
