If anyone is hearing any "cracking" or "clicking" noises in between your music after looping, then all you got to do is lower the "Amplify (amplitude ratio)" placing it to 0.750 fixed my "cracking" problem 😁 ps. this gave me a good 1 hour to figure out btw

Dimensions for top visible area (normal): 412x240 Dimensions for bottom visible area (normal): 320x240 Dimensions for top and bottom visible area (panoramic): 1008x496 Dimensions for bottom visible area segment (animated): 320x240 (applies to all three segments, open area including "stretch" on the right is 64 pixels) In all cases, the non-visble area at the bottom of the top and bottom images is 16 pixels. Also, the measurements apply to all versions of the 3DS/2DS _including_ the XLs as only the physical size of the pixels is different, the resolution itself is the same. For those of you who are doing this for the first time and for some reason Anemone (or perhaps Themely, not sure as I didn't use that one) doesn't recognize the theme, make sure you put on one of the colored default themes preinstalled the 3ds/2ds, then go back into the software and the files should be recognized now for installation.

Seen some comments in here talking about file size being too big, DO NOT CHANGE THE AUDIO TO MONO. Changing to mono causes the audio of the theme to send out an extremely high pitch noise when closing applications once in awhile. Instead, use audacity to lower the Project Rate (HZ) in the bottom left corner to compress the audio.

If anyone is having trouble with the BGM, I found the fix. So when you download your song it may be less than 3mb, however after the looping process, it increases the size (ex. a 2.45mb file will become 7.5mb) so that's why it doesn't play. You have to compress the file size or shorten the song length. I know that sucks but it worked fine for me, please double-check the file size after looping process!

EVERYONE if the theme isnt just working at all through Anemone make a sure that your bgm music is SMALL and obviously loops. And when you install make sure it has a checkmark to the right of the logo of the theme!!

I don't know if not choosing large/small icon would cause anything, but after installing the theme (it didn't check), the theme that showed up on the screen was the main one. I've been using other custom themes like usual but not this Fixed: The problem was mainly the music. The mp3 folder was originaly 2,44mb but after the process it became 3,12 so I had to do the convert to mono and check the (BrawlLib) BCSTM from 3.0 version of loop and also I unchecked the "new sample rate" and "Amplify (amplitude ratio)" at 0.750, and (export loop segment also checked). Custom theme works perfectly fine!

You can change the sound track your playing in the background anytime. If you change your theme just make a different body lz file with the top and bottom inside the ext folder. Otherwise the body lz file will keep loading your old theme.

This guide was sooooo much simpler than the rest. This method actually works better than the Kame Editor. Had a few issues with audio compression. But used audacity to fix it. Anyone know of a way to publish themes made with this software? also Is there a way to add SFX for when you open your 3ds?

So I installed my theme, it looks and sounds beautiful, the only problem is that the borders on the application icons are all pixelated and bugged; I double checked the theme maker and there's no option to change that, so I didn't leave something undone by accident or anything, and when I loaded it back into the theme maker after checking it on the 3ds, it was showing the pixely borders there too, even though it wasn't like that when I first did the final save.
