Honestly my dad did it for me but he had never done ever and got it in around 15 minutes. It’s completely free if you just take a few minutes out of your day and go read a digital manual. ( my dad did it for me because he really wanted to try it, I wanted to but he told me no)

I have the original blue 3DS XL that came out the summer. It was first release. I got it for graduating 3rd or 4th grade i forget and it’s been sitting in my closet for years so I decided to homebrew it and all the themes are ugly so I’m gonna try this and see what I can do blue theme here i come 💙

my file is 4kb after doing the loop and it made the audio 1 second and just a high pitched noise

huuu i havent heard that issue before; sometimes the high pitch is when the audio is set to mono instead of stereo; maybe try it with another audio to see if you get the same issue; maybe its the file?

So I have a problem with the bgm. When I put it in the themes folder its telling me "the bgm is not detected" I've tried renaming it, shorting the song, etc, but I won't let me import it

hmm if the file is under 3.3mb and the name and BCSTM is correct i wouldnt know exactly, i recommend asking in the themeplaza discord server, they can help more with troubleshooting discord.com/invite/Pz25PX5vr5

hello!! i followed the tutorial, but I get to a point where my theme shows up in anemone but installing it does nothing. if I try to use it, i go back to the normal basic white 3ds theme. I couldn't find a fix even after troubleshooting, is there any way to fix this?

could it be that your BGM is too big? it should be max 3.3MB

hmm could be a few things so try the following idk if its will help; - make sure your bgm isnt over 3.3mb (or even trying a version without bgm to see if that may be the issue) - Restarting the 3ds - double checking in anemone that there is a little checkmark after trying to install the theme - try changing the default theme first (the colors that come standard with the ds) to another color than white, then try and install - after installing a theme press start to go to the shutdown screen, then press the home button (since sometimes pressing home while in anemone can cancel the install) I hope any of these things might help it, else im not sure :C
