pretty sweet.I hate how many of the "helping hands" have weak bases.

Tried it, but the hangar wire is too stiff. If you are going to attempt to make it, make sure the wire you have isnt too stiff. Helping hands need to be easily(not too easily), adjusted. Its really hard for me to bend mine.

Gotta find better clips for that or a different way to attach them to your "arms" as they will separate in short time. It is the downfall of commercial models you buy at RS or online.
