And I have been inspired again to attempt to make a voicebank!!! Thank you 💖 Also, i was playing this out loud and at 1:38 my dog raised her ears up. I replayed it a few times to see if she'd react the same and she did every time! xD

I’ve been wondering this question can poeople record a VCV with differnt pitches, or is it mandatory? As an utau newcomer I’m not really sure
@Ozumii Жыл бұрын
If you mean "Can people only have one pitch for VCV?" then yes, its not mandatory at all. Having a multipitch VCV is optional!
@marsb0t6 ай бұрын
Before I’ve always seen people recommend that you keep the pitch completely consistent throughout each sample, but I noticed in most of your samples, you have a slight lilt to a different pitch at the beginning of each syllable. Does this change the vocal/make it sound better in the end?
@Ozumii6 ай бұрын
yes it does!
@sundukvariable Жыл бұрын
may i ask something? i cant afford a high guality mic and so when i record my vocals they sound so crusty in utau because of some random noises in the bg. if im gonna record em like you under my desk would it make it better anyhow?
@Ozumii Жыл бұрын
in a way yes, but sometimes mics just suck as a whole, recording under a desk or being in a quiet place with no reverb/echo just minimizes the noise and concentrates your voice directly into the mic with no other mentioned things like echoes. Mic quality still plays a hand at it
@sundukvariable Жыл бұрын
@@Ozumii thanks for your answer. I'm gonna try doing this since my laptop microphone sucks and i wanna improve at least a little bit in quality
@Ozumii Жыл бұрын
another thing you might wanna check is the sound settings, as that also minimizes noise/mic sensitivity

your videos are so helpful tysm T__T i have a question though! do you know any videos/tutorials/just anything really lol on how to use moresampler and what it does? i have it downloaded but i’m unsure how to use it for the oto-ing process as well as what else it does. i’ve been looking but i cant find any good posts/videos abt it so i wanted to ask! is moresampler the vcvwavtool that’s listed in peach’s example? sorry for so many questions i just have no clue what i’m doing LOL
@Ozumii3 жыл бұрын
you select the folder of ur utau like the pitch and drag and drop it in moresamplr, then choose 1, yes, no, 1, no, and then depending if you have a pitch then u label it with it like if ur dragging in A3 then put the alias as A3 as well, and thats it! moresamplr also removes noise as a resamplr. Hope that helps :)
@hunipyon48893 жыл бұрын
@@Ozumii tysm! does moresamplr do the process of aliasing the notes itself + the prefix for different pitches like a VCV vb having phonemes like “a い”? i’m not sure how to word this question hopefully it makes sense LMAO
@Ozumii3 жыл бұрын
yeah it does everything ^^
@KLenN1fan2 жыл бұрын
i have like a quick question? sorry if its a stupid question since i'm new but why do you record multiple noises in one audio instead of multiple ones?
@Ozumii2 жыл бұрын
because VCV is a continous recording ie a-e-i-o-u while CV is separated by a, e, i , o, u. If that makes sense?
@KLenN1fan2 жыл бұрын
@@Ozumii ahhh it does kinda make sense! thanks for explaining :D
@alwayshavebeenmoonsun Жыл бұрын
@@KLenN1fan I heard recording multiple takes of different pitches is called “multipitch”, and it makes the voicebank go through pitches more naturally and it will sound more human
