I'm making this zobo right now. I watched the video multiple times before I got the confidence to try it 😂. I tweaked your method a bit😊 by juicing the pineapple and dates before cooking the zobo leaves and others. So I added the pineapple and dates chaff to the cooking pot. Thank you and well done 👍

Well, it didn't taste sweet enough so I added sugar. It's still not very sweet but okay. Maybe my date are not enough because I made a very small batch. My family enjoyed it though, they don't want me to sell the remaining bottles😂😂 😂😂

Hello Mira, for tigernut most times when you grind, water is gonna be added. But give ot take 6-8L is okay to get a good consistency.
