I used to LOVE these when I lived in Rome, now I’m in the UK and you certainly can’t get the flowers at a farm or market. So I grow courgettes mainly for the flowers. Thanks for the video Davide - but do you need to ‘clean’ them? I also chop them up and put them in an omelette, or with roasted vegetables

I planted a whole bunch of zucchini mainly for the flowers but had lots of problems. First they were attacked by green worms and then the extreme heat here in Naples, Florida killed them. Guess I’ll have to wait and plant new ones in late September. Take care buddy and God Bless you and the famiglia.

I was in Rome and Naples couple of weeks ago. This was one of my favourite dishes, that I will prepare very soon. Found very cheap plants - amazing with flowes. Now I am really afraid I will destroy the whole thing by harvesting too late or too early. I am in Sweden.
