Love it Deddy! Just a small suggestion if I may; line a baking pan with parchment paper and dehydrate the zucchini for 20 min on one side and 10 on the other next time. This will produce a nice firm pasta-like squash for your “noodles” & there won’t be nearly as much water.

Look at the ingredients of Vegeta. The first one is salt. There is also salt in the rice seasoning you use. Some people can't even have that amount. Deddy, if you are one, please be careful with the amount of these mixed seasonings. I love your videos and I want you healthy forever!!! 😍🖖

This looks like a great base for zucchini lasagna. Will give it a try and not have such chunky broccoli (it is a me thing) and precook the zucchini slices to get the moisture out before layering. Great colours in this recipe. Hope it freezes well!!

I tried this but used one layer of no boil lasagna at the bottom so i would get rid of the last of the lasagna . it was amazing Second day lasagna was even better. Its definitely in my rotation for now on
