Using bolus insulin, then correctional dose is added in the bolus dose or is separate..ie. if basal is 8u then acc to calculator we need 16, then how much total dose to be given that day and next day?

You can simply convert the mmol/ to mg/dl and use the same formulas

Sir in your previous video you used formula for basal insulin Fbg-50/10 now fasting divided by 10 ????

For outdoor patients- we prefer fbs-50/10 especially when using glargine For indoor patients we prefer fbs/10 especially when using DEGLUDEC since it requires a slightly higher initial dose
