When traveling in life journey we go through many experiences even in our personal lifetime 🙏 I know I had an experience going through life and being my best in obeying God. I asked myself Is there God and why sometimes there is so much darkness. Thanks to God nothing happened 🙏 it was then I realized it was the work of the evil . This is the reason why I feel pure in moving forward ✨️ 🙏 ❤️

This is so helpful and timely. After doing the 'shadow work' I have found that I am not able to feel rage any longer. No matter what is or has been done to me or others, I am only able to feel compassion and love. This of course took years to accomplish. The one thing I consistently remember is that 'hurt people, hurt people'. It is my mission to send as much Light and Love as I can to ALL. Thank you Dr. Chopra. 🙏

Thanks my dear Deepak... a good way to bring this out is your videos... (or your books/texts). Thus, with each shadow embraced by light (only the light illuminates the shadow and integrates it with the light itself), our surroundings, the environment, the city, the country, the planet will collectively integrate with the light. We each have our part, whether to increase the shadows or to bring them into the embrace of light. No judgments, no criticisms... So what I can say after this video is: continue your part in bringing us to light, to awareness... I love this so much! It does me incredible good (I know a lot of people feel that way too). 🙏❤️🧘♀️🌟

This is very helpful Deepak. "Anger is the memory of trauma". I have been in therapy for years but have never heard of that. I have heard to not feel shame but bring awareness to anger, as you say. This is my first 'listen' to these thoughts, I will listen a few more times as there is a lot of good stuff in here. And I do have a long shadow to deal with. Thank you for taking the time to help humanity, this is important work.

When my schizophrenia was acute I was a very violent person. I was unable to control my rage and I assaulted my mother a few times. I was soon diagnosed with schizophrenia and started antipsychotic drugs. Once I became 'sober' from my illness I was filled with shame and guilt. But I had to work hard on my inside world. I sought forgiveness from my mother. She said she understands that i couldn't help myself. This gave me the freedom to work on forgiving myself. My mother and I now are best friends. I live with her and take care of her on her aging journey. All things considered I have noticed that I am mischievous in my nature. I like to test boundaries and break rules. I see this as me being at peace with my shadow

I remember when you wrote the clear words within in the form of the book “How to Know God” and I saw that I had friends here and that I could do the things I need to do in life. Thank you 🙏🏻 friend. Thank you for being you. ❤️🔥🙏🏻 Now I give the gift in return: Do not get drawn into evil minds, minds who grasp like the infant but never let go. Who grasp and do not see. For the sun smiles when it is being eclipsed, because it sees from its perspective that it is just a local trick of the light. Behind all local fear and darkness shines the eternal. Even behind the sun. Thank you Deepak. ❤️🔥🙏🏻🌀

Yes ,You are very correct DEEPAK PRABHU, i am american sitycent and presently in Philadelphia PA, and yet my old parents and 21 y.o. daughter working as nurse in Ukraine, near Kharkov. Last few nights it's been heavily bombarded, and they like to ask- if we all- CHET AKASH, does that make some individuals , politicians that in charge - free from concept :what is right? what is bad? Since we all just particles of a big quantum soup-- it's ok to kill, it's ok to steal, it's ok to destroy, to make money on blood of other living entitys ?

Eckhart Tolle says: "There is only one perpetrator of evil on the planet: human unconsciousness. That realization is true forgiveness. With forgiveness, your victim identity dissolves, and your true power emerges-the power of Presence. Instead of blaming the darkness, you bring in the light." I am reading your book "The Deeper Wound". I am on day 7 and I go to the service of Anointing of the Sick weekly or as often I find one.

Is evil just a need for love compassion and understanding? Unmet needs, misperception, lack of trust, lack of guidance, lack of connection to source and others, trauma, fear of not enough, false identity, From my own experience having ptsd and so called bipolar ❤️🙏❤️⭐️🌻⭐️

We need conscious evolution and conscious awareness of conscious evolution… slow down and listen to your deep self. We need this now. Things are heading weirdly down the wrong path and it’s there to wake us up now. Let’s not repeat history.

Hard to disagree or contradict anything said here. Certainly, this has helped guide me through my own healing. Nevertheless, the larger metaphysical question, is the relationship of "source" to such large scale collective trauma and destruction. Prayer, meditation and rationality are comically impotent against a brazen, horrific assault of force and violence. The Dalai Lama's inability to free his people from oppression is an apt symbol of this, let alone the spurious divinity of the Son of God being tortured and crucified by Empire. Must the Lord entertain children in body bags, and mass rapes and massacres as part of the "play" of consciousness? Like the chicken and the egg, what came first, trauma or the tyrant? In my relatively short life, having endured a large scale attempt on my family's life, I am yet to come across a single cogent and adequate solution to theodicy- the problem of evil. It's a nightmarish, virulent cycle, and you would be naive to think that humans will continue to steadily and linearly evolve and become saints, rather than the savages they so often are. Why is life so entropic and gratuitously painful?

Who is Yaldabaoth in the Bible? In the Archontic, Sethian, and Ophite systems, Yaldabaoth (Yahweh) is regarded as the malevolent Demiurge and false god of the Old Testament (Judaism, not Samaritan) who generated the material universe and keeps the souls trapped in physical bodies, imprisoned in the world full of pain and suffering that he created. When Pistis Sophia saw him moving in the depth of the waters, she said to him, “Youth, pass over here,” which is interpreted as “Yaldabaoth.” Passover, Hebrew Pesaḥ or Pesach, in Judaism, holiday commemorating the Hebrews' liberation from slavery in Egypt and the “passing over” of the forces of destruction, or the sparing of the firstborn of the Israelites, when the Lord “smote the land of Egypt” on the eve of the Exodus. Egypt meaning: Temple of the Soul of Ptah.
