Fake experience is ok for Software developers upto 3 years but if you fake anything in Server side like windows administrator or something like that you will be get caught for sure and will face legal action since any mistake in server will affect the entire organization.

@@ajithsdevadiga1603 Bro people from java can enter data engineering at will, for any reason , be it to lessen workload or changing nature of work. But you can't go to java from data engineering at will. Also data engineering is really boring or monotonous, and I feel it would easily be automated in next 5-6 years since it involves doing more scripting and less designing and implementation. For me it's just that I am not enjoying the work/tech in the current role, If I maybe 34-35 than I would not be complaining about data engineering , moreover would be happy to have a monotonous work nature and smaller learning curve, but I am 24 and feel I should try working on things I feel I can get interest in.

Learn the tools....complete projects related to the certification course and sit for intervirw....Be true to the interviewer... Prepare a solid narrative explaining about the year gap... At the end interviewer will see the skills and projects.. thats it.

Fake Experience gets caught easily by going through your Provident Fund Account(PF) . Company will ask your PF Account number and they can check if you previous company had any contribution or not in your PF account .

@@frickofunky2008 The things is you should have taken any private job earlier and side by side you could have prepared for govt job. And coming to fake experience, it is a risk, you will always be worried if I get caught any day or not. You will not have PF account, so it is very easy for them to know.

Bank statement check kertey hai nd company se bhi connect kertey hai. They ask for a PF account etc. ye sab hamesha kam nhi kerta. And few MNCs even check upto 3-4 past companies. This will always give one anxiety 😢

That's why u need to get into that fake company ( check mca records to ensure company is registered and has genuine directors ) and that gives u all these i.e. offer letter , bank statements , pf , cuts tds , gives salary , has an email id , gives id card and finally gives experience letter . Such companies take money from you and simply transfer into your account as salary and cut tds and pf . Also after 6 months itself try and shift company , into any genuine company . After that remove fake company from your profile .
