Thanks for the info Krystal! I used ClickUp to manage my inbox for a little bit, but got overwhelmed. Looks like what I actually need to do is figure out the best way to organize my tasks and projects inside ClickUp first and then I'll be able to better organize emails. Could you do a video overview on how you have your ClickUp workspace/team set up? I really liked what I saw in the brief peek we got in this video and would love to see in more detail how you organize things in there. :)

That is the latest update that Google made to Google Accounts. You should have it automatically if you are on Gsuite.

Great video! Quick question, once you put the information into ClickUp are you able to delete the email from your Gmail inbox? Or does it need to stay in your inbox until you complete it's corresponding task in ClickUp? Thanks!

The email needs to stay in your inbox so that when you click on it in your Clickup account it can open up for you. That way if you need to reply to the email it opens up in your inbox. Definitely don't delete your emails.

Cool idea. But if you’re going to manage your Gmail via ClickUp, why not create a zap that automatically creates tasks from new emails? Reduces the manual work.

I like to read the email to categorize it in specific places and how soon I want to follow up instead of just dumping it in a list to have to categorize later using a zap. 💛

Hi Krystel, Talking about chrome extension, I use my gmail and outlook softwares to review my email - is there away to integrate ClickUp from the email program or I have open my email from the web browser only to connect with the chrome? Thanks

This method will only work when you have the email platform open in a Google Chrome browser with the Clickup Chrome extension added to your chrome browser. I hope that answers your question.
