I’m a Catholic and I believe that “manifesting” the things you want is no different than prayer conceptually. When I meditate, I focus on the scenarios I want to manifest and ask the Lord to provide knowing He will... Funny how whether you’re a believer in God or only believe in the “Universe” the concept is very much the same. Petitions and trusting that He loves you enough to grant them! Love your videos :)

Yes I agree it’s the same as putting in your request to “God” in a prayer. I used to be Catholic and my mother is devoutly Catholic. She told me how long she had been praying for this priest to wake up to a situation. Thanks to gem, I looked at her and said, do you believe god hears your prayer? Yes, she said. Then why would you keep praying over and over again, when god hears you the first time? The more you fervently pray about an outcome, it just kind of says “I don’t think that last prayer was heard, let me try again” her eyes literally opened so large and she said how much sense that made. That she realizes it comes down to faith and believing it will happen.

Your point about making decisions from a negative place is how I ended up on my healing journey. I set my intentions to manifest some things 3 years ago but struggled with self-doubt and staying positive no matter how the circumstances of my physical life shifted. All that did was frustrate me more - not being able to stay on a "high" after meditating or binging on gratitude practice. Eventually, I realized that my inner state was a mess. I was carrying too much pain and I also needed to strip my ego of its early conditioning (lack mindset, limiting beliefs, and feeling unworthy), my childhood conditioning. There began my healing journey and now I am finally aligned with my true vibration. Just discovered your channel too... I feel the universe is telling me to revisit intentional manifestation and your content is the ABSOLUTE BEST for it. Your language is my language. I so appreciate when people listen and step into their purpose and intention. You never know who needs what you have to offer. Thank you , thank you, thank you :-)

I'm going to work on being more positive. I have my first ever surgery to have my appendix removed, my first time ever getting anesthesia, this Wednesday and my mind is filled with all the the "what could go wrong and I not make it back home to my kids", and I'm completely terrified. You see the positive and negatives of life, there is both and one does not negate the other. I feel the same, because I know they are both true. But also, you cannot pour from an empty cup, so do what you can to make sure you're okay, and if/when you have the ability to lend a hand, do that. Sometimes it helps to focus completely on yourself and your life and not on the world at all, and making sure you make time to let go of the weight of problems you don't have control over. Make sure your cup is full. It is true that the old is falling apart, and governments are taking control and egging on wars that benefit them, but they're only trying so hard to control everyone because they know that a lot of us want to step outside of their system. A lot of us didn't like society anyway, and wanted something new. It fell apart because energetically, no one wanted to live in it anymore. So, while the governments vie for power to keep a corpse of a society "alive", you have a choice: do you want to go back to the old system, or do you want to make something better? What do you spend your time and money on? Is that a reflection of how you want the world to be? For example, do you want to contribute to animal testing, or do you want products that are cruelty free? Do you want to use fossil fuel for your car and your house, or do you want solar? Do you want to live in a community? What world do you want, and what are you going to do to help that vision along? Every dollar you spend counts, and your interactions as well. Who do you want to become, someone who lives in the old or pioneers the new? No one liked the old system anyway, it's time to change it (before it gets worse).
