You are amazing! The other videos told me to hold the Stop button while pressing Power to turn on and it of course did not work. Thank you for saving my printer (and all the ink I still have!). Replaced the Ink Well pads easy and reset the ink counter from my 5B00 error and now I'm good to go.

If it's the first time you reset your printer then there's no need to worry otherwise if you have already reset your printer twice the 100% cycle then you have to clean and replace the waste ink pad at the back of your printer
