How to MANUALLY override and empty your GREY WASTE tank

Unfortunately we have a fault on the 12V circuit on our Swift motorhome. Whilst that's being investigated I needed to find a way to manually open and drain our grey waste tank.
Here's how.

Currently stuck on Tiree. Expecting the ferry to the mainland to be cancelled due to storm Kathleen only to find our waste water wont drain.The control panel says yes, but the solenoid fails to open the pipe. Thank you for taking the time to post this! You have enabled us to have a much more comfortable wait for the weather to pass. Now to get my waterproofs on and lie in the wind and rain to manually open the valve 😢

good to know there is an override for it, i need to check my 674 to see if its got the insulation on it, it has got the tank heaters so i'd assume it has the rest of the winterisation as well. thanks for the informative video as always.

I hope you realize it's against the law to let your Gray water from a motorhome to go down the road.. because it's going down the river, have a look at the Government website you could end up with a fine...

@grandvitara3304. If you watched vlog you would have seen the waste being discharged into the same drainage system as his household grey waste.
