Yes, Two-Factor Authentication is supported in all business plans. DriveHQ WebDAV Drive Mapping Tool supports 2FA. You can turn on 2FA with the Group Admin feature (for sub-users); a sub-user can also turn on 2FA by logging into DriveHQ.com website, then go to My Account page, click Security to enable it.

You can use DriveHQ's WebDAV Server if you don't have a WebDAV server. You can directly map a WebDAV drive using a WebDAV URL. It is much easier to use DriveHQ WebDAV Drive Mapping Tool.
