Hey there! People with editing access to the page (like yourself) are the only ones who can see Facebook's suggestions to the page. The general public doesn't see that. I would suggest looking at your page through a friend's Facebook login so you can see what your page looks like to the public. Otherwise, any videos you're seeing on your business page should be your own videos that you've published to your page. If you don't want those on the page, you can hide them or delete them.
