Im a filipina, my boyfriend is pakistani. He came from a tradional pakistani family. He is the only son. I remember when his mom found out that he has a girlfriend and i am a filipina, she freaked out. She would always freak out from then on. You mean a happily married Pakistani men to foreign religious women! This is not a true love therefore these are not happy but compatible relationships. A true love never asks anything in return. Would you marry a prostitute and a single mother against your parents' wishes? Would you leave everything behind just to be with her, because you love her for who she is? Remember that she does not follow any religion. Obviously you wouldn't. Do you know why? Because the fear, guilt, and shame you feel, wouldn't allow you to overcome fear and choose love instead.
