@@theirishgrover420 Unfortunately, there are is more than 1 thing that it could be, your knee would have to be assessed to know the proper treatment plan.

Thankyou again,compared to the left side my right patellar tendon was tight I tried by hand skin rolling the area and it helped a lot

How often should you have this done

Thank you for your comment. If you are receiving a 1 hour massage; only 1 time a week. If you are doing 30-45 minutes; 2-3 times a week. If 10-15 min you can do it daily.

Can you use heat or infrared mat before or after this

It works best before massage. Heat/infrared will help to bring circulation, relax the muscles and make it easier to massage.

I just had shoulder surgery with a bicep tenodisis. Very tight and cramped. Would this be ok to do?

Thank you for your comment, yes this can definitely help. You should wait until after you have been cleared by your doctor for treatment (usually at 6 weeks). You can start off light and get deeper into the tendon further on into your recovery.
