Songbird do a great range of waxes. I use a range.

I prefer wax to allow more grip than oil.

I have issues in both these areas. Pec part to the shoulder is stiff as anything. Teres region is mashed

My shoulder has some weird kink and it occasionally makes my index finger numb then starts making my handle a bit tingly. I am a single person and I'm on a budget so getting a massage right now is out of the question unless I start asking strangers 😆 jk any suggestions on how to do this by yourself? So far I use a tennis ball, potato (I know that's weird but it's hard and round) seems to work fairly well but perhaps their could be better methods? Also this keeps happening when I sleep... But idk why bc when I pass out I feel cozy comfy... Could this be stress induced?
