I dont know does i have a tight or weak pelvic floor, my friend go fully hard rearly, get soft fast, C@m quckly and all in all he is limp, i dont know is this important but i have problem with my lower back ( im 19yo) it hurts when i do deadlifts or deep squats, please help, it is tight or weak?

I am dealing with plantar fasciitis on my right foot and pain on my left medial ankle. Out of all the taping videos I’ve found, this by far is the most effective and the one I keep coming back to. I didn’t believe in taping, but it’s crazy how quickly this thing works. Thank you so much for this. I hope you keep posting more for other kinds of injuries.

Have done this today after struggling with a sinus infection which went to my chest; coughing so hard I had tears rolling down my face; had a hot shower, used the technique - expelled all the mucus and the relief is immense!! 😊😊

I have this mycoplasma bothering me and i am eating antibiotics. But these techniques made me feel more comfortable getting some of that mucus out. Was really bad before and feel much better now (although far from healthy still)

Hi there! Thanks for the useful video! How soon after the injury can you start these exercises? For context, I woke up with a swollen knee 3 days ago and have been caring for it with elevation, ice and compression until I can make an appointment with a doctor. If it's still swollen, in pain and I can't bend it (hobbling around with a cane, etc), I assume it's way too soon to even attempt these, right? When should I start? Immediately after the swelling subsides? Some time after that?

Few months ago. I was not fat just having big belly. Even though I cut down all sugar and junk the inflammation was still there and the joint paint and stuff. Ever since my belly fat is going away the inflammation has stopped and also the pain. I am pain and inflammation free now for last 4 days. Nornally almost every other day there will be an attack in my joint and inflammation. I have also done alot of reading Bible Scriptures and praying. Even some breathing exercises for stress.

I've got an Achilles Tendonitus type issue in right ankle & calf that comes and goes last 2 yrs. Absolute rest & anti inflammatories worked for 2 wks but it returned again. Ultrasound revealed nothing major wrong. I wear work boots to minimise flair ups.
