This is my second bought with sciatica in ten years. This time it’s much worse. Iv been put on muscle relaxers but there not budging the pain. Also 8 tramadol a day. Iv been given exercises to do but Iv noticed today the pain is going from my back into my knee. It’s the most horrid pain Iv ever experienced I’d rather give birth to my children over and over again 😩

Why do you recommend strength exercises for the quad muscles if you initially stated that they pull the kneecap and aggravate damage? In such cases, it’s advisable to avoid quad muscle exercises and instead focus on glute muscle exercises without engaging the quad muscles. Have you seen videos by El Paso Manual Physical Therapy? They say that.

My experience is outside the Venn Diagram of doctors' frame of reference. 😐 Doctors omit a main culprit!! I.E. this world is like Sodom cuz those ancient-elites used to chop the feet of those who didn't fit their beds. Likewise, corporatocracy imposes its "ideal" sizing systems, which those of us needing XW toeboxes or armholes, don't fit. Yet doctors fail to convey this to CEO's who are the culprits!! For decades i'm in excruciating pain. I can't count how many podi's i've seen, yet none helped, many are callous (and one damaged my ankle permanently even though i went there for feet, not ankles. He's the one who gave an expensive PedCat). I have severe SVI too, yet the FDA hasn't seen fit to approve Sonovein yet. Even Altra-Escalante which "barely" clears my Bunionette, is too narrow at midfoot, thus causes me Bunionettes at midpoint of foot. Also, Escalante's don't provide much clearance for varicose uppers. I can't even wear warm socks - their thickness make shoes not fit! Anyway size 9-11 socks are too long to fit me. Ditto re: gloves. I got bodywide poison ivy because gardening gloves were too long to fit my fingers.

I have a question. I am 81. I have had asthma since birth. At this time of the year, I usually get Bronchitis - so far I haven't get it.. Can I use this device when my chest feels tight or after I have had a bad coughing spell? I would be using it for just a few breaths -- besides doing this 3 times a day.
@ThePhysioChannel7 күн бұрын
Please consult with your doctor. I hope the device and technique helps you.

I talked to my doctor. He feels that 3 times a day is enough. He wants me to give the device more time to do its job. He notice my lungs sounded very good. Better than they have in a long time. Thank you

Hey! Thanks for the great video! I recently suffered a severe ankle sprain. Doc at the walk in clinic told me to wait to swelling is gone before doing physio. Does anyone have any input? I started doing physio last week. The major swelling is gone, but still gets poofy after activity. What should I do?
@ThePhysioChannel7 күн бұрын
Keep going, it can take many weeks to recover.

@@ThePhysioChannel I will, thanks!! that didn't answer my question though... Should I wait til swelling is completely gone before doing physio? the initial big swelling is gone, but still gets poofy and minor swelling. I'd say about 95% of swelling is gone.
