This, as simple as it was, it has changed my hair completely. I was just about to give up on air drying and invest time and money into a blow dryer. Turns out I just wasn't towel drying my hair properly, and struggled with water loss damage for years because of it. Wrapping when my hair is 80-90% wet has eliminated frizz almost completely. I love this video so much. Cold water has made my hair feel a lot better after it dried, I wished I had been doing that since the start. I also use jojoba oil since that’s all I have. Also, the hair wrapping technique is the best thing I have ever come across. It was so easy and I didn’t have to use so much bobby pins.

I’m a guy with long hair, have grown it out for two years and it’s slightly below my shoulders. Just got my first hair cut in over two years to shape and maintain it and I’m trying to learn how to care for it appropriately (I have curly hair and it get knotted and tangled easily). This is so complicated! Appreciate your video, but when I tried crossing the bottom then the top, I felt so hopeless as my hair isn’t long enough for that and I have no idea what I’m doing. Oh I think you are at the wrong channel. Clearly Doro Cubillo is having straight hair! First of all I think we need to know how curly is your hair. Maybe you could find out at Mike DeCanter Hair & Beauty following the descriptive guidance by the hairstylist Mike who is currently based in Dublin, Ireland. Check out his type 2 to type 4 hair to figure out your curly pattern based on how tight your curls are. Then I think you better go to channels like - Manes By Mell (curly hair specialist licensed Canadian hairstylist based in Toronto), - Kiu (Korean hairstylist Lee Sung-Kyu who is also the founder of ANAZE hair product brand and he has 'rescued' quite a number of failed Koreans' hair who did usually their first hippie perm and had really bad time due to lack of knowledge how to handle the cute textured hair) - Demetrios Levi (I'm in love with his Italian ringlet curly hair! =D He is an editor but his mother is a professional hairdresser who has taught him how to take care of his curly ringlet hair) - KathleenLights (American makeup beauty KZbinr Kathleen Fuentes, who is a Cuban descendant, has naturally tight irregular wavy hair pattern, she did the demonstration of curly girl method) And many more! Like Sophie Marie (wavy), Abbey Yung (loose wavy)... but these are ladies... Anyway, I can see Alex Costa, Wynne (at 'datwin'), Marco D'Elia, Trav White etc. has wavy/curly hair (not kinky/coily yet) Oh by the way maybe you wanna check out the GQ video, How to Manage and Style Curly Hair (3 Types). Omg girl Ive been doing this for a week tho I only tried till 3rd step but it alr made SUCHHHH A BIG DIFFERENCE on how my hair turned out when it dried. My hairs a lot smoother and less frizzy, tsym!!!😩😩😩😩
