9:00 Bro should become a Keeper. I personally hit the ball a little lower and to the left (I am right footed) to get more backspin, height and a bit of curl. For mid range I just do a throw beacause they are pretty good now and are more accurate so if they can cover the distance, for me at least there is no piont in side volleys.
