Ignore them (the tamil words) if you cannot understand them. You would not loose the essence. He would not tell in tamil if that were an important msg that he wants to tell it. Or even if told, he would tell it in English too. He uses tamil (and at times, Hindi also a lot) to make you relax with some fun/comedy into it. It adds some more enjoyment to the audience who follows tamil/hindi.

Summary: We will have to find out our priorities. Define our pebble, sand and water, in that specific order. We have a limited time so if we consider your time as a Jar, first pebble should go, then sand and at the end water. If we reverse the sequence then there will not be a space for pebbles and sand. So actionable points are to create priorities. For example: 1. Sharpening my skills and focusing on my organisation are my pebbles 2. Spending quality time with my family is my sand. As and when I get the opportunity, i should utilize it to spend as much time as I can. 3. Watching movies, going out, playing for fun, do nothing is my water which will go last. If you fill the jar with the water then there will not be any space for your high priority activities.
