To be honest w/myself and anyone reading this. I was wildly successful in my youth and early adulthood at everything I sincerely dedicated myself to pursuing. It has only been since listening to others and realizing that my success was uncharacteristic that I began to second-guess myself and slid off of my trajectory. I realized this through introspection and am trying to get that focus back. Being blissfully unaware of the possibility of failure is a true blessing! I hope that all who have that keep it.
@antonychonga5422
@antonychonga5422 Жыл бұрын
Maybe its not about being unaware of failure. Maybe its fully accepting even if you’ve prepared with all your being, that failure, if you still call it that, will always be possible. This is just a thought I’m putting out their, but personal experience of presuming that success was all that waited for me led to intense disappointment and pain as a result of that “failure.” And maybe could have been ignored if I had taken it into consideration beforehand.

@@antonychonga5422 It is not merely ignoring failure, it is ignoring the result altogether. By just ignoring failure, you are misinforming yourself. A focus on doing just for the sake of doing things is incredibly empowering, not taxing, and enjoyable. It is almost like magic. I can relate to the original comment. I was showered with "kid will have a bright future" growing up. I excelled in almost all things I joined. Academic, sports, arts.. until after I graduated college. Now I'm slowly releasing the burden of expectations and starting to gain momentum of living precisely in the present. Godspeed.

I was born with this type of thinking. My whole life I kept getting shamed for this behavior of not letting things bother me. I was told I lived in a fantasy world of happiness. I truly believe that it is a waste of ones life to express or hold onto negative emotions. It really is draining. This is so refreshing to listen to. Spread positive energy. It's easier than you think! Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🥰

Oh not necessarily positivity or negativity, but I agree and relate however positivity is a tool as is negativity but is a concept at that thus not fundamental. However humbleness is and I will share a typing from my notes to save time; which was for written for multiple people like a speech in a sense. "I am humble when it’s warranted, but humbleness doesn’t equate to being respectful to people’s delusions. No, I don’t respect points of view. No, I don’t have to be “opened minded”, to your ideas. Open minded to what? Lies and deception? That’s what I should remain opened minded about? Keep an open mind to your specific brand of misapprehension and duplicity? No thanks. I don’t have time to entertain delusions, and it doesn’t matter what type of wrapping paper you cover the delusion with. It’s still a delusion. I only respect the fundamental truth. And the fundamental truth is not found by sifting through the sandbox of mankind’s many views and ideas. In fact, it’s these types of views and ideas that are the main proposed target of productive destruction." It's such a small part of the writing, however I feel it could always be written better shorter or longer and better again and again, for there will always be flaw if one searches hard enough for that's the concept in which we learned this "philosophy". Funny label it is for all should prod behind the surface of everything including self for flaw, for its so simple yet in a whole seems philosophy is just a cover created by people who couldn't see under or read the words "not giving up". Which were under the the label they wrote philosophy on. Haha though yes the audio does say everything we both said. 😂 Life is truly funny, lovely, and ever so perplexing.

Sooooo man gems! Im so grateful for the opportunity to share what I got out of this: 1. Mental Nutrition! This was profound. I've heard many ideas of thoughts being likened to food, but the thought I could be "allergic" to most of the things in my mental diet never crossed my mind. This challenges me to really examine all the things I consume on a daily basis-- anime, parodies, music, jokes, etc! I am called higher by this! 2. Internal accpetance of value. This was a reality that I've already accepted, but I don't think I explore this perspective enough. I normally tell myself, "I need to be humble", "I need to seek to understand", "I can't be critical as Ive made the same mistakes". Here the speaker communicates the importance of a disposition to circumstance-- how am I reacting? Am I a reactive person or do take the initiative and be still? 3. Am I giving people the foundation on which to build or am I just giving them information? This was monumental! But it also requires that people are willing to learn, and that I grow to become a more effective teacher. 4. For the sake of length, lastly am I more ambitious than aspirational? I have many many many many ambitions and its all rooted in wanting to accumulate. Well its no wonder Im not accomplishing anything! The "eternal laws" of this world are working against me! I need to have aspirations! Ambition is to accumulate and aspiration is to become! This was incredible and I am so thankful that I found this video. I can see that I may watch it a few more times. This is great.

Mastering your thinking habits for self-development requires consistent effort and practice. Here are some steps you can take to cultivate positive thinking habits: Develop self-awareness: Start by becoming aware of your current thinking patterns. Pay attention to your thoughts and emotions throughout the day. Notice any negative or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Challenge negative thoughts: When you catch yourself thinking negatively, challenge those thoughts. Ask yourself if there is evidence to support them or if they are based on assumptions. Replace negative thoughts with more positive and empowering ones. Practice positive affirmations: Create a list of positive affirmations that resonate with you. Repeat them to yourself daily, especially when you encounter self-doubt or negative thinking. Affirmations help reprogram your subconscious mind with positive beliefs. Surround yourself with positivity: Surround yourself with positive influences, whether it's uplifting books, podcasts, or people. Engage in activities that bring you joy and inspiration. This helps create a positive environment that supports your self-development. Practice gratitude: Cultivate a gratitude practice by regularly expressing appreciation for the things you have, the people in your life, and the experiences you've had. This shift in focus from lack to abundance helps reframe your thinking towards positivity. Set goals and visualize success: Clearly define your goals and visualize yourself achieving them. Create mental images of your desired outcomes and immerse yourself in the positive feelings associated with achieving those goals. This visualization technique helps rewire your brain for success. Embrace failure and learn from it: Shift your perspective on failure. See it as an opportunity to learn and grow rather than a reflection of your worth. Embrace failure as a natural part of the self-development journey and extract valuable lessons from it. Practice mindfulness and meditation: Cultivate mindfulness through practices such as meditation. This helps you observe your thoughts without judgment, allowing you to detach from negative thinking patterns and cultivate a more balanced and focused mind. Surround yourself with supportive people: Build a network of supportive and like-minded individuals who uplift and inspire you. Engage in conversations that stimulate personal growth and surround yourself with people who encourage and believe in your potential. Practice self-care: Take care of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Get enough sleep, eat nourishing food, exercise regularly, and engage in activities that promote relaxation and stress reduction. When you prioritize self-care, you enhance your overall mindset and capacity for self-development. Remember, developing positive thinking habits takes time and consistent effort. Be patient with yourself and celebrate your progress along the way.

"Life is complex, people just complicate it." A little phrase I think I've come up with, I'm not sure if I've picked it up or put shit together but that's my basis on Life, a meaing is too live it, see it for what it is and accept you're not gonna fully understand, but you will always learn a little more each day about it. So keep going, whatever you want, if you can see it, if you can conceptualise it, if you can conceive it, if it is fathomable and inspired by what has been done in the past, the world is yours. My thesis as someone who has had ALLOT of time to just think, and wanting too for from a very young age, be an intelligent person, what I've found is the more you think, the more you're stuck in the idea of life and not actually living, you get fumbled up in your own shit, it then unfortunately comes out and holds you back, it becomes worries and anxieties as you act out in lack of thought, you then start to overthink, shitting whilst fumbling around. I understand things like bills, family, projects, future, houses and shit are a stress, a way too look good, needing to be the best in everyone eyes, idea of perfection, shouldn't be a stress, that should feel like a privilege in a world where a man took a picture of a vulture, waiting for a starving child to die. Allot of what people go through ar hypothesis of a good life, there sold this idea of happy ever after, it's planted in allot of people's brains, a false god has been taught and a theory of no meaning has become popular, again, its something complex, and complicate it, reasonably so, we wonder and we're interested. My best advice for purpose in life is this, find the root of your joy, what do you enjoy doing and what do you enjoy most, think about why you enjoy these things that you do and receive, you like doing something as it feels like you're accomplishing something, and the reason you enjoy things is because you feel a form of love from it, whether it be, the person loves his craft, because of that you loved the art and it resonated, then do what you enjoy and use that to give form of joy, a reason of expression whether dark, taboo, weird or goofy, as long as its from the soul, as long as it is real you will feel satisfaction. Life then goes on and you may feel lost, but that's when you accept that life does indeed go on, and so do you, so kep exploring the world and yourself, find new joys and find new ways to help people be distracted or love something even if jts a minute. You'll fuck up, allot, mistakes will be made, but know to really understand the world, you need to be balanced, you can't be balanced by constantly being "good" so take that as you will, just don't beat yourself up when you realise. Because that means you have grown in life. Accepting it and seeing it shows progress. But even then, you'll be fine in the end, stop pressuring yourself, grass is always greener just a different shade of it. I'm not sure if we're here once, I'm not sure if God is real, but I'm gonna try my best and hope I inspire others to do the same. Good luck, try not to complicate it.

THIS COMMENT IS NOT ABOUT BRAGGING BUT A PIECE OF ADVICE!!!!! I’m absolutely speechless that I have finally found a video that accurately represents my father opinions and I’ve gotta thank the uploader immensely. You don’t know how much this means to me.. I can pass down to my kids. My dad was too old for computers.. My dad started teaching me this theory from the age of 3 . By age 7 I would come with him to university libraries to observe various documents pertaining to his study. By age 9, I had begun looking at different academic books that excited my interest in knowledge. Looking back I am amazed how quickly my brain was able to adapt to my environment. We as humans become only as strong as our environment asks of us but childhood is by far the optimal time to soak up information . Children are the future we must start to expect more of them not less..

Mastering thinking patterns and habits for self-development involves a deep understanding of one's own cognitive processes and behaviors. This requires self-awareness, which is the ability to observe and understand our thoughts, emotions, and actions. By becoming more self-aware, we can identify negative thinking patterns and habits that may be hindering our development and work towards changing them. In addition, it's important to cultivate a growth mindset, which involves viewing challenges as opportunities for learning and growth rather than obstacles. This mindset encourages us to embrace failure as a part of the learning process and to persist in the face of difficulties. Developing good habits, such as regular self-reflection, continuous learning, and mindfulness, can also play a crucial role in self-development. These habits can help us stay focused on our goals, manage our emotions effectively, and remain present in the moment, all of which are essential for personal growth.

The hardest part of achieving spiritual enlightenment is the realisation that it's not hard to achieve it. Think of yourself as facing a huge crowd of people, and one person amongst the crowd is your enlightenment. In effect, it is there, right in front of you, in plain sight. All one needs to do is find the familiar face in the crowd. Ultimately, the face is your own.

This planet is going through a massive shift in energy affecting everything (I mean EVERYTHING) This resonance is overwhelming and sometimes painful to some and beneficial for others. It is our choice to choose the direction that we all want our life to be as humans. There is only two motivators, fear and love. Make your choice and live it now. We are the only planet in the universe with free will. Everything that affects all my senses in this human body is shrouded with the energy of acceptance, peace, understanding, empathy and forgiveness. Love you all ❤️

Ah but here’s where it gets tricky. If you’ve red that famous Tom Campbell by big toe (theory of everything), he thinks that the as above or spirit world where our same consciousness goes after we die is where all of the creating for this side the so below then manifests into this life as in things such as time. It was a cool book.

People before us lived in natural time. Better understanding things we couldn't understand. Tracking movements of celestial objects and having an understanding to what effect that had inside an individual. They didn't call it time. It was the gregorian clock and calander thrusted on the indigenous people of the world, to make them think that time was a construct of something external, outside the body that one was to live their life by, creating a beginning and an end to all experience. This will create our own biospheric destruction inevitably.

I’m seeing slot of comments like, “the algorithm brought us here”. You brought yourself here. When you start looking for help and understanding, it comes to you in a form that you can understand. This info is available everywhere. If the powers that be held this info and said, “this is special we can’t just give it out”. Everybody would want it. But it’s up to you to find out. Not as enticing when it takes actively desiring something

Wow. That was literally the BEST speech/lecture I have ever heard (and I listen to a lot of stuff). I am so confused because I know Manly Hall was called "The Prince of Freemasonry" and with all of the reading I have done, the high level Freemasons are very disturbing to me. I don't understand how a man who spoke these words could possibly be involved with a secret society that has less than good intentions for humanity. This man was very wise and eloquent. Loved this.

Lucifer appears as an angel of light. This is mans wisdom. Lean not upon your own understanding. Satan will lead you away and a astray from The Truth of Christ. Mans problem is not a lack of personal development but a problem of original sin. Put your trust in Christ and The Holy Spirit will lead you to all understanding and wisdom. He also will comfort your soul.

@Pervy Pike Jesus and God are completely real and good, but malicious entities mucked around with Judaism and Christianity from the start and now they have some serious problems with subtly but definitively leading people astray. I'd do white light meditation and ask Jesus what he personally thinks of all this. He is real and he will answet you, if you put enough effort into it.

I get stuck on my thoughts every single day practically, that's been going since I was 14. Thinking about the same things, especially the ones that bothers me somehow, no matter where I am I caught myself talking to me inside my head. That's something that drags me out of the moment, from present time. It's normal to me think about something from the past or something from the future, therapy helps but not entirely. It's crazy how the human mind is complex... But I'm working on my self-development and improving a little every single day. We can't stop aiming for our better version and that's a day to day task.
